Meet Dr. Sherman
Jeffrey A. Sherman, M.D. is a well-experienced, board-certified family physician. He grew up in suburban New Jersey, the son of a veterinarian. A graduate of Emory University, he received his M.D. from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. When he applied for family practice residency programs, his desire was to return to Atlanta, which was his new-found "home." Dr. Sherman completed his internshhip and residency at Georgia Baptist Hospital (now Atlanta Medical Center). He subsequently worked in several family practice settings, including Premier Medical Group in Palmetto and Warm Springs Medical Center in Warm Springs, GA, where he was Chief Of Staff.
His ultimate dream was realized in March 2007 with the opening of his own medical practice, Your Family Doctor. Dr. Sherman resides happily in Peachtree City with his wife, Beth, their two beautiful daughters, Maya and Demi, and their Bichon Frise, Gabriella. His hobbies include computers and music.
